Welcome to all brothers, alumni, prospective members, and visitors to the official website of the Space City Alumni Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi! The International Fraternity of Delta Sigma Pi is America’s Foremost Professional Fraternity for Men and Women Pursuing Careers in Business. The Space City Alumni Chapter was established January 1994 in Houston, TX.

The Space City Alumni Chapter has been enjoying a continuous increase in membership, strength, and activity over the past few years. Brothers of the Chapter play an active role in providing charitable services to the Houston Community as well as participating in business networking and social activity among members to strengthen the bonds of Brotherhood in the spirit of the founding of Delta Sigma Pi.

Space City Crawfish Boil 2023

BEARing Gifts for CPS Harris County Kids (12/17)

Space City Alumni is teaming up with McElroys and BEARing Gifts, BEAR’s largest program, to provide brand-new holiday gifts to children under the care of CPS, children who otherwise may experience no holiday joy at all.

Donors, please donate the requested toys per the posted flyer linked below. Please drop off items at McElroy’s Irish Pub, 3607 S Sandman St, Houston, TX 77098. If you would like to contribute money, please Venmo @gilbert-landras and specify in the notes this is for the “Toy Drive”. We will order bulk toys with the money raised and bring them to the 12/17 event.

National Day of Service – Houston Food Bank (9/10)


The Space City Alumni Chapter is teaming up with friends, family, and organizations in and around Houston at the Houston Food Bank on Saturday, September 10th from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM for the Annual National Day of Service. This event is open to all friends and family, including children 7 or older (please see details below). Anyone interested in participating must register at the link provided.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Varies with the makeup volunteers for shift. Most of the projects at the warehouse involve inspecting, sorting, and repackaging of donated food items for community distribution.

ATTIRE INFORMATION:
CLOSED-TOE SHOES REQUIRED – casual dress, long pants (preferred), t-shirt with sleeves. Bring work gloves if desired.

SPECIAL NOTES:
Volunteers MUST be at least 6 years old and supervised by parent or guardian throughout the shift.
All volunteers under the age of 18 also need a completed Youth Volunteer Consent Form signed by a parent or guardian. A copy of this form can be downloaded by clicking the RESOURCES tab on your Volunteer Profile page.

DIRECTIONS:
From Downtown: Take IH-10 east and exit Gellhorn St. (exit #774). Make a U-turn at Gellhorn, stay on feeder and turn right on Portwall St.

PARKING INFORMATION:
If space permits it, you may park in the front parking lot, but in the event of a large volunteer turnout, you may be directed to our overflow lot located behind the building.

Minute Maid Park Tour (8/13)


The Space City Alumni Chapter will be taking the Ultimate Fan Tour at Minute Maid Park on Saturday, August 13th. NOTE: Everyone is responsible for buying their own ticket at the link provided.

Astros Ultimate Fan Tour:
This 2-hour-long tour will visit the Upper Deck, Gallagher Club, Bank of America Suite Level, Honda Club Level, Press Box, and Houston Methodist Hall of Fame Alley. Fans will also have the opportunity to check out the Lexus Field Club, Michelob Ultra Club, the Union Station Roof Deck, and on non-game days can visit the Diamond Club and Astros Dugout.

Cost: $25 for adults, $20 for senior citizens* and military and $18 for children*

Important Information:
All tours begin in Union Station, located at the corner of Texas Avenue and Crawford Street
Please arrive fifteen (15) minutes prior to the start of the selected tour to check-in
Guests who are late to the tour will not be allowed to catch up
No refunds or exchanges for late arrivals or no shows
Ballpark Tours are outdoor, walking activities. Please dress in weather appropriate clothing and comfortable walking shoes
All routes are ADA accessible; however, please notify the Tour Department in advance of any guests requiring special assistance so that appropriate accommodations can be made.
Video and still cameras are allowed into the ballpark; however, tripods and monopods are not permitted. Camera lenses may not exceed 8 inches.
